After vanquishing Du’tch’s vampire nemesis, The Daring had about 3 months of down time.
Yip – Training with new Daring members, became a Pit Fighter and won a few rounds.
Leo – Conducting Daring business, Started a second orphanage, looked for magic items, invented amplifiers and invented rock and roll and had an epic concert
Du’tch – Trained in blacksmithing and began producing items. Coordinated The Daring activities and training regimen.
Drake – Did Thieves guild stuff. Had an epic heist and then got caught a few times. The person who caught him was Drase Buck, a powerful rogue who wants Isla Nurna to become a chaotic environment but isn’t motivated enough to pursue it heavily. Buck knows the Drake has multiple personas and threatened to expose him until Drake promised to not steal from Buck’s crew and Drake now owes him a favor.
Lock -Worked on his PI business and became much better acquainted with The Daring. After a few months The Daring core members voted him in and he is now a full member.
After their downtime – Einreb sent a messenger to the group, summoning them. Einreb told The Daring that a Cloud Giant, Baron Rajiram, is attempting to get to a tower to the east of Isla Nurna and get an ancient relic that has been there for centuries. Rajiram has hired two dwarven assassins to get their ahead of Rajiram’s forces and clear the tower out. Einreb asked The Daring to get to the tower first and prevent the item from falling into Rajiram’s hands. Einreb teleported The Daring to the tower.
After arriving at the tower, The Daring released they weren’t sure exactly where they were or how to get back, but Einreb left a scroll in Yip’s pack which would teleport them back if they read the enchanted phrase.
As they stood infront of the tower, Lock began to search around, and it just so happened that he was able to sense two humanoids inside the first building he checked, and he found dwarven tracks leading up to the building.
The Daring surrounded the building and as they prepared to attack a Blue Salaad jumped up from the rumble of an old abandoned camp site.
Du’tch surrounded the dwarves building with a wall of fire and the battle commenced. The Dwarves, who were using invisibility emerged from the building, with everyone only seeing their fiery outlines and hearing them exit. Yip, with his cape, was able to view them normally.
The Daring prevailed against the three foes, although Du’tch took a massive amount of damage and only stayed concious due to his orc heritage (and alot of Leo’s magic.)
The Daring end this adventurer standing over the fallen Dwarves and preparing to enter the tower.
